The price of staying at the hotel is much cheaper than the prices in the city center. There is air conditioning in the rooms. Plenty of hot water. The outside environment is quiet and the hotel itself was also very quiet so we could sleep peacefully. There is a machine for drinks and snacks in the lobby. An automatic coffee machine and another machine for all kinds of accessories that tourists need.all in the lobby.

Near the metro station Porte de Choisy, near the shop Franprix (148 Bd Masséna, Paris); during check-in we're given a code combination, no cards, no keys, which means check-out is simply leaving the hotel. There is an underground parking where you need to ring the bell in order to park, and when you want to leave, you enter your room number and press the bell. check-out is as we're given a code combination

The hotel was a quick walk to the metro. The main highlight was the staff and facility, the room was very good for the price, clean and the entrance to the room is through a pin code which is quite safe and saves you the problem of cards not working to enter your room. they also have 24 hour check in desk with staff that is always ready to help

Really great value for money! Not sure why people were complaining in the reviews. It's a budget hotel but it's a pretty clean and decent hotel. Also the area is great! Just off chinatown and there's sooooo many crazy great food literally a close walk away, it's also really easy to get to the metro. Would definitely come back.

The beds were very comfortable, especially since they're not too soft. The bathroom was quite spacious compared to many other budget hotels I've been to. Room facilities are very basic but good enough for a short stay. The receptionists were very helpful and friendly as well. As for the location, it's situated near Chinatown, which has quite a lot of good restaurants. The closest metro station is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to those who don't mind to travel a little bit to reach the city centre (20 min away by metro).

Breakfast was nice, fresh, had a good range of options. Set us up for the days! Servers were happy and helpful. In the kithen and reception too. 24 hour reception and cherck in made it easy for our early arrival. Very clean and well organized hotel in general. Beds are comfy, sheets changed every day, ditto for towels, clean rooms, we had a very quiet room at night. Cleaners came into our room when we politely requested. Nice strong roomy hot shower that doesn't flood the bathroom floor.

Location is good, a few miniutes walk to the matro line 7. Walking distance to the Asian town, lots of Asian restraunts nearby. Room is small but enough for someone just need a bed and shower. Great hotel for a budget traveller.

Security for car and contents essential and parking under hotel brilliant ( we carried luggage for 9 in our truck ). Breakfast great and provided 'fuel ' for the trips into the city. Usual dilemma- book around the Inner Circular or go into the City ? Definitely the former. Cheap Metro Pass for a station 300 yards away got us everywhere - and being on the Peripherique got us out and on towards the ferry with minimal fuss.

We received a very good room on the 1st floor. We had the window to a small garden at the back of the hotel and the room was actually cool because the room was faced North. Very good size , very comfy beds, really close to metro,quiet area. They changed towels and sheets everyday.
