For airport transfers, I highly recommend using Uber, especially if you have luggage—it’s a convenient option and costs less than €40.

There is a hotel underground parking - tight but inexpensive. There is a grocery store nearby, opened until very late. You can order some food for delivery to the hotel, and eat it at the table where breakfast is served. Breakfast is pretty good! Rooms are spacious enough if you do not need to work there... It is a district where you can find quite a few good Thai/Chinese restaurants. Very nice and helpful staff!

A couple of awesome restaurants walking distance as well (African , Caribbean) People who work in a hotel are very nice and helpful. Room was clean, the bed is comfy. Silent. I'd say that for Paris standards the room is quite spacious (and bathroom too) Price/quality - 🤌 For me - I definitely found a new favorite place to stay in Paris :) thank you very much!
